April is Adult Learn to Swim Month!

Our Adult Learn to Swim group lessons are designed for adults who are either new to swimming or have never received formal instruction. Whether you’re a non-swimmer starting from the basics or someone who feels comfortable in the water but wants to improve technique and gain the skills and confidence needed to swim for recreation, fitness, or as a foundation for other aquatic sports.
Each session runs for 6 weeks, with one lesson per week. Students will learn essential skills including:
Proper breathing techniques
Floating and body position
Coordinated arm and leg movements
Lessons are free of charge as part of our Adult Learn to Swim Initiative. Participants may enroll in up to three sessions to build skills progressively and confidently.
We believe it’s never too late to learn to swim and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
