We are proud to be partnering with The Swimming Lives Foundation, and United States Masters Swimming to bring our community a series of free group swim lessons in 2017.
Our first 6 week session starts January 11th, don’t procrastinate any longer, make this your time to learn to swim for fun & fitness!
Here’s the difference it has made to just a few of our 60 adults who learnt to swim in 2016. We asked one of our students :What was your goal in joining Adult swim lessons?
“I wanted to overcome my anxiety in the water, sure, I could get in the water, but I was far from comfortable. I would be nervous, tense, and my heart would be racing! Forget trying to breathe, I was so short of breath, from my nerves!
After just 6 weeks, I have learnt to relax, and float well. I have mastered breathing, and can cover a length of the pool freestyle. I can do this for fitness, and fun thanks to The Swimming Hole, for helping me take the plunge!” Adult Swim class participant ,2016
