What is Animal Flow
Animal flow is a multiplanar movement method that can be described as a meeting of flow yoga and martial arts. We smoothly and quickly transition from one posture to another to create exercises and movement combinations, or “flows.” It is excellent for strength, balance, flexibility, and motor pattern/brain training, and it’s a blast!

When is the Class?
Monday’s 6:00-7:00am January 6th – February 17th ( This is a 7 Week Session)
What do I need to attend?
You need to be able to get up and down off the floor without assistance, weight bear on your hands and wear either minimalistic shoes or bare feet. (Modifications Available)
