Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a practice with slower pace, longer hold of poses to strengthen, lengthen, and provide therapeutic release to joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia, and other connective tissues. As for the poses themselves, many yin yoga postures are seated or reclined since they require the muscles to be fully relaxed.
