H20 BOOTCAMP is a 6 week interval interval class in the water geared for your to boost your fitness! You will love the results of this fun class. You’ll build core strength, boost cardiovascular fitness and burn major calories. You do not need to be a swimmer to get the benefits of this great class.

This fun class includes:
- Lifting equipment in the water
- Dragging objects in the water
- Team challenges
- Swimming ( any form, as long as you can get yourself from one end of the pool to the other!)
Led by Charlotte Brynn, Level 4 USMS Masters Coach, Level 2 ASCA swim coach, certitfed swim instructor, personal trainer and group fitness instructor
