CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

HATHA YOGA

This class is designed to re-invigorate the body through yoga postures suitable for all levels who are looking for an accessible class with methodical instruction. Through careful attention to your body, we teach principles and techniques that cultivate body awareness, demonstrate proper alignment, promote muscular strength and flexibility, use breath for concentration and relaxation, and improve the quality of your energy. We will explore basic postures (asanas) with an emphasis on correct alignment supported as needed by blocks, blankets, and other props.

FUNDAMENTAL STRENGTH AND BALANCE

This class is a safe and effective strength and mobility workout for
seniors! This low impact class will take you through some basic movements,using both bodyweight and weighted exercises to safely move and build
overall strength!

VINYASA FLOW

This Vinyasa based class will allow for participants to seamlessly move
through a variety of positions while using the breath to guide bends,
twists, and stretches. Leave class feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired
to deepen your own practice. All levels are welcome!

AQUA BOOGIE

Get ready to move with this 45 minute workout in the pool! Using the water as
not only resistance, but buoyancy to protect impact exercises, Sean uses a
multitude of exercises with bodyweight, noodles, and floating dumbbells to
get you moving and put a smile on your face!

HIIT

Bringing back a classic! This HIIT class is sure to leave you sweating and
satisfied by the end! A full body blast that will have you breathing heavy
and working hard! A great way to end the week!

Rates:

Class Fee $15 Member /$15 Non Member( Does not include access to Pools + Fitness Rooms ) Proof of Vaccination Required.
