Join us on Monday mornings 7:00-7:45 am, to learn all the ins and outs of how to get more from your swimming, including improving your overall fitness and enjoyment in the water!
You’ll learn how to:
- Read the pace clock
- Follow a coached swim workout
- Improve your technique
Open to all levels.
Prerequisite: You must be able to swim a length of the pool and tread water.
