As a Nationally Licensed Personal Trainer through ISSA, Sean brings 14 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, including his education from Castleton University and collegiate sports career. Working with a wide variety of clients from aspiring athletes to health-conscious seniors has given him a wealth of both knowledge and experience working with clients. He enjoys all sorts of physical activity including many outdoor activities throughout the year. Staying up to date on the latest activities and fitness trends keeps him motivated in pursuing my goals of helping as many people as he can become all around healthier!
