Stowe Swimmers Qualify in The New England Regional Championships
Since the 2015-16 season got underway in October 2015, Stowe swimmers have been excelling, in fun, fitness and results. These young athletes train up to 8 hours each week, supporting each other in, & out of the water, celebrating each others successes, whether it be a personal best, team record, or executing a new skill for the first time.
That sort of team support, evolves with great kids, a great Head Coach, and terrific assistant coaches. Here at Stowe Swimmers we are proud to boast all three, with a team led by Head Coach Jeremy Bradley, and Assistant Coaches Jennifer Payne, Karyn Scherer, and Dry Land Coach Sean Hunt.
During the season many swimmers participate in competition. USA Swimming swim meets are held regularly during the season, at which swimmers have the opportunity to put themselves to the test of racing, putting their conditioning and skills on the line, with the goal of a best swim, personal best time and/or qualifying for a championship meet.
We are proud to announce the Stowe Swimmers who have qualified for the New England Regional Championship Meet, that will be held February 12-14, at the Upper Valley Aquatic Center, in White River Junction.
Congratulations to all our Stowe Swimmers, and to parents, for your commitment in promoting healthy, happy kids.
