Mondays- 7:30 am-8:30 am
Tuesdays- 4:30 pm- 5:30 pm
Wednesday- 7:30 am-8:30 am

Prerequisite- Participants must be able to swim 1 lap of Freestyle and 1 lap of Backstroke without stopping.
