 GPT  – Golf Personal Training

Golf personal training is a great way to prepare your body in the gym to improve your golf swing and reduce the likelihood of an overuse injury.

If you are a golfer it is likely that you have at times hopped out of the car, headed straight to the green and expected your body to perform seamlessly.

Get more out of your game by training like an athlete and getting your body physically ready by hitting the gym with specific movements. Here are just some of the areas a personal trainer can help you better succeed on the course:
