Meet Natalie:
Natalie Doehla is a Stowe High School Alumni, & currently attending and playing varsity field hockey for McGill University. Natalie has been researching both the physical and mental health benefits behind the science of jumping rope, and is excited to share these full body workouts that vastly improve cardiovascular health, cognitive function, bone density, memory, coordination, agility, speed, & help with injury prevention. An added bonus is the massive Caloric Burn,

Monday Muscles 7:00-8:00am ( Upper Body/w weights )
Tuesday TABATA 7:00-8:00am ( High Intensity Cardio w/Body Weight Moves )
Beach Body Wednesday 5:00-6:20pm ( Core + Glutes )
Thighs Thursday 7:00-8:00am ( Get Strong, Get Strong )
Full Body Friday 5:00- 6:20pm ( Get ready for the weekend with this Fun, Full Body Routine)
