WOW- Cardio strength workout of the week!

Around the room cardio/ strength workout

This weeks WOW delivers great upper body conditioning  and a big energy burning cardio workout! For best results knock this out 3 times over the next week!

 Arc Trainer – 10 Minutes Climbing ( Every 2 minutes increase resistance)

15 Push Ups

15 Low Row

15 Pull Ups (Assisted Pull Equipment)

45 second plank on knees or toes

Treadmill– 10 Minutes Running ( every 2 minutes increase incline)

15 Push Ups

15 Low Row

15 Pull Ups (Assisted Pull Equipment)

45 second plank on knees or toes

 

 

 

E SPINNER– 10 Minutes riding ( Every 2 minutes increase resistance)

15 Push Ups

15 Low Row

15 Pull Ups (Assisted Pull Equipment)

45 second plank on knees or toes

This weeks WOW was tested by Sean Hunt ( Personal Training Manager & Jeremy Bradley, Pools Manager/ Head Coach ) ” Two thumbs up this express workout had us working hard”
