WOW – Workout of the Week

Through the holidays we will be sharing our workout of the week  with you!

Each workout is DIY, and uses equipment right here at TSH.

Following our WOW series will help you mix up your workouts, give you a fun new challenge each week, and help you push yourself further than you would on your own.

For the ultimate challenge, beat our WOW Tester Time!

This weeks workout:

WOW- Interval Row PLUS: Set your own personal best time and/or beat our WOW TSH tester time!

Row 250 meters

10 Push Ups

Row 250 meters

10 Biceps Curls

Row 250 meters

5 Burpees

Row 250 meters

10 Slam Ball

Row 500 meters
