This holiday season we are giving you the  gift of wellness   12/1-12/12!

Studies show that the Holiday season is one of our highest stress periods of the year. This year we are giving the gift of wellness with social FREE wellness events every day from December 1st -12th!

We are here to help you  keep you active,  reduce holiday stress and keep your fun meter on high this holiday season and into the New Year!

12 Days of Wellness Calendar !

Day One: Saturday December 1st Santa’s coming to TSH 12:00-2:00pm

Kids come see Santa and enjoy snacks and a FREE swim! ( Kids must be supervised by an adult. TSH members Free, Non Members enjoy a special discounted $10 Santa Splash Pass)

Come join us & spread the holiday cheer by bringing an unwrapped gift to donate to Toys for Tots .

Day Two: Sunday December 2nd  Sample Snack Bars presented by Harvest Market 9:30-10:30am 

Post- workout snack/refuel has tremendous benefits. It helps stimulate muscle growth and repair, replenishes glycogen stores and improves overall recovery time.

Day Two: Reflect and relax. A  Bonus session with Annie Parsons 10:30-11:00am 

 Reflect your 2018 with guided mindful meditation and movement with 12 sun salutation A’s at your own pace, to the rhythm of your own breath, reflecting on each month of 2018, and letting it go creating space and flow for the new year to come!
