Yin Yoga

April 19 @ 9:00 am - 10:15 am

Yin yoga is a practice with slower pace, longer hold of poses to strengthen, lengthen, and provide therapeutic release to joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia, and other connective tissues. As for the poses themselves, many yin yoga postures are seated or reclined since they require the muscles to be fully relaxed. Modifications are offered
and props are used so that all participants can access the poses. Benefits include increased flexibility, increased blood flow and circulation, and reduced stress levels.
All levels welcome.
