Six Classes: August 4th, 6th, 8th, 11th, 13th & 15th
Each session will focus on a key aspect of training ranging from proper form and breathing to core stability, aerobic vs. anaerobic exercise, power development, and speed/agility work. Robbie will demonstrate each concept and guide participants through how to move safely and effectively. You’ll also pick up cool techniques, build confidence, and learn the gym etiquette that sets you up for long-term success!
