Join Nellie on Wednesday mornings, starting July 9th, from 6:30-7:15 am for a high-energy class guaranteed to make you sweat, dance, and start your day strong! In this HIIT-style class (High-Intensity Interval Training), we’ll use bodyweight and weighted exercises to build muscular strength and endurance.
Nellie is excited to be teaching this class, and welcomes individuals of all fitness levels and experience. She can provide modifications to exercises and will motivate you through the entire class!
