Swim Club Prep – 3:30 – 4:00 $125
10 and Under – 3:30 – 4:30 $150
11 and Older – 3:30 – 5:00 $175
Participants of Stoke Clinic must be able to swim one lap of Freestyle and one lap of back stroke without stopping
Swim Club Prep – is an introduction to Stoke Clinic / Swim Team. Participants are not required to be able to swim a full lap, but must have at least passed out of Learn to Swim Level three and know the basics of Bilateral breathing and swimming on their back.
Ages 6 years – 18years

Kids to build fitness and have fun
Kids to improve their technique
Kids to prepare for Winter Swim Club which starts mid October
