Summer is the time to detox body and mind – & to get rid of all the stress and anxiety! What better way to do it than through this very pleasant practice of gentle flowing movements, calm breathing and mental focus!
Qigong, the earliest form of medicine, & the ancestor of Yoga and Tai Chi, is just great for improving immunity and metabolism, as well as flexibility, mental focus and general well-being!
John, our guest instructor and an expert practitioner, has overcome back and neck pain through the regular practice of Qigong over the last
years. What drives him now is to help others make Qigong a part of their lives too!
