SPEEDO FIT is a high intensity strength training class, designed for athletes to reach peak performance, and geared for you to boost your fitness!
You”ll look better, feel better, and perform better!
This fun, challenging class includes:
- Lifting equipment in the water
- Dragging objects in the water
- Team challenges
- Swimming ( any form, as long as you can get yourself from one end of the pool to the other!)
Wednesdays 8:30-9:30am
8 week session
Start Date: Wednesday October 4th
End Date: Wednesday November 29th
( No class Thanksgiving week Wednesday November 22nd )
