Swimmers Shoulder Clinic- Learn how to swim with Happy Healthy Shoulders

How to swim with Happy Healthy shoulders

Not all swimmers swim with correct stroke technique, this can be problematic. Our upcoming clinic ” Swimmers Shoulder Mobility”, will help you learn more about the shoulder, and how to swim with healthy happy shoulders!

 

Kathleen Doehla, M.S.P.T , owner of Points North PT, accomplished Masters Swimmer and multi-sport athlete, and Charlotte Brynn Level 4 USMS swim coach, certified adult learn to swim instructor, and All American Distance swimmer, are teaming up to present this Swimmers’ Shoulder Clinic.

Doehla, will be presenting education on shoulder impingement syndrome, rotator cuff tendinitis, biceps tendinitis and cervical nerve root impingement, and corresponding dryland shoulder support and strengthening exercises. Brynn, will be presenting common stroke errors, associated with swimmers shoulder and their fixes.
