Primal® Advanced Fitness Evaluation
Developed by American College of Sports Medicine Exercise Physiologist and C.H.E.K Practitioner Ron McConnell, the Primal® Advanced Fitness Evaluation helps identify and correct the root causes of pain and performance dysfunction.
The Primal® Advanced Fitness Evaluation tests Primal Trainer® Movement Patterns (squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling and twisting) functional strength, balance and flexibility, abdominal core, spinal strength and stability, posture as well as identifying any red flag digestive, hormonal, wake/sleep cycles and emotional stressors.
A simple, but individualized program focusing on nutrition/hydration, flexibility/mobility and advanced recovery methods are then prescribed to help anyone look, feel, and perform at their optimal levels.
Primal X Training®
Evaluate and correctly train Primal functional movements. These are the human movement patterns that are critical from activities of daily living all the way to extreme high intensity training. Three training sessions highly recommended for those that want to try out a CrossFit Class.
