Brianna LaBelle is a passionate personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals achieve their personal fitness goals and improve their overall health and wellness. She is committed to guiding people so they can move more freely, enjoy their favorite activities, keep up with their children/ grandchildren, recover from injuries or illnesses, and maintain a healthy body. As a certified personal trainer, Brianna specializes in body recomposition, which involves losing fat and gaining muscle through resistance training and functional exercise.
Brianna’s passion for fitness peaked after having three children, as keeping up with them physically and setting a healthy example became a top priority. When not in the gym, she enjoys hiking, taking CrossFit classes, or training for Spartan races. Brianna is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is currently working towards becoming a board-certified nutritional practitioner. She looks forward to getting to know the members of The Swimming Hole.
