Bring yoga to your day through mindful breathing. Refresh, reset, cleanse, reduce stress, anxiety, and inflammation, through mindful breathing. Mindful breathing is all about being aware of your breath, your power of life. Begin by focusing attention to your inhale through the nose and your exhale through the mouth. Feel the rhythm, the fluidity, the relaxation energy of ocean waves through your breath. Take an idea below and insert it into your daily life. Notice the peace and calm within you and around you.
Breathe, Relax, Breathe, Namaste.
*Begin your day in a quiet spot with 10 breaths where you are totally aware of each inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
*Take a walk, focus your awareness on your breath as you take in your surrounding.
*Before bed, lie on the floor, let your body just sink into a total relaxed position. Focus your attention on only your breath for a few minutes.
