Gentle Flow Yoga

Sign up Now A slow vinyasa flow for all levels. Slow flow emphasizes moving in a way that feels good for your body. We will use the breath to stay present and grounded in a sequence that incorporates both sun salutations and a peak pose. This class will give a healthy blend of strength and stretch to balance any fitness routine. Join us as we move the body and give a brief respite to a restless mind.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a practice with slower pace, longer hold of poses to strengthen, lengthen, and provide therapeutic release to joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia, and other connective tissues. As for the poses themselves, many yin yoga postures are seated or reclined since they require the muscles to be fully relaxed. Modifications are offered and props are used so that all participants can access the poses. Benefits include increased flexibility, increased blood flow and circulation, and reduced stress levels.
