Cardio Core
Sunday – 8:15-9:00AM
A 45-minute express class that focuses on core strength and cardiovascular health combines exercises to strengthen the core muscles while also enhancing cardiovascular fitness. This dynamic workout is designed to maximize results in a short time, improving core stability, endurance, and overall fitness!
Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications available for beginners and more challenging variations for advanced participants.
This express class provides a comprehensive workout that challenges both the core muscles and
the cardiovascular system, helping participants reach their fitness goals quickly and effectively.
Power Hour
Monday – 8:00-9:00AM
A strength and VO2 max group exercise class combines cardiovascular endurance training with resistance exercises to improve both aerobic capacity and muscular strength.
This type of class is usually fast-paced, motivating, and designed to push participants to their limits while also being adaptable to individual needs and fitness levels!
AQUA FITNESS CLASSES
Tuesday/Thursday – 11:00-11:45
Join us to build your overall strength and endurance using the resistance of the water. Feel good, gets results, and have fun in this low impact and joint friendly fitness class.
TUESDAY ABS CLASS
Tuesday – 7:30-8:00AM
Join us for a 30 minute workout to promote stronger abs and a healthy back. You’ll be working both the front and back side of your body with mat exercises and utilizing BOSU Balls, and other optional resistance aids. Feel good, and gets results in this fitness class.

Super Strength
Saturday – 8:15-9:00AM
A 45-minute express strength class is a focused workout, designed to build muscular strength and endurance in a short amount of time. It targets all the major muscle groups, using a combination of resistance training techniques to maximize results efficiently.
Exercises that engage multiple muscle groups, such as squats, deadlifts, push-ups, and shoulder presses, are used to maximize time and calorie burn.
The class may incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises to cater to various fitness levels and goals!
Member Class Fee – $15 – 10 pack $130
Non-Member – $18 – 10 pack $160
Class Fee is for Class Attendance only and does not include access to pools or fitness areas.
