TUESDAY ABS CLASS
Tuesday – 7:30-8:00AM
Join us for a 30 minute workout to promote stronger abs and a healthy back. You’ll be working both the front and back side of your body with mat exercises and utilizing BOSU Balls, and other optional resistance aids. Feel good, and gets results in this fitness class.
AQUA FITNESS CLASSES
Tuesday/Thursday – 11:00-11:45AM
Join us to build your overall strength and endurance using the resistance of the water. Feel good, gets results, and have fun in this low impact and joint friendly fitness class.
SWEAT-JAM
Wednesday – 6:30-7:15AM
Join Nellie for a high-energy class guaranteed to make you sweat, dance, and start your day strong! In this HIIT-style class (High-Intensity Interval Training), we’ll use bodyweight and weighted exercises to build muscular strength and endurance.
Nellie welcomes individuals of all fitness levels and experience. She can provide modifications to exercises and will motivate you through the whole class!

Pilates-inspired class where strength meets stability and balance. Using light weights and bodyweight resistance, we will focus on core strength and control, intentional mind to muscle connection, flexibility, posture, and stability, engaging deep muscles. Perfect for all fitness levels, this low-impact class will leave you feeling more connected to your body, stronger, and centered. Join Nellie on Saturdays from 8:00-9:00am to start your weekend right!
