Balance & Strength

Aqua Aerobics

Strength & Sweat Circuit

Join Nellie for a fun and energizing circuit-style HIIT class that’s designed to improve strength and cardiovascular endurance. This high-energy workout blends bodyweight and weighted exercises to build muscular strength, boost cardiovascular endurance, and leave you feeling accomplished. With upbeat coaching and a supportive atmosphere, Nellie creates a space where every participant—whether brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete—feels welcome, challenged, and successful. Expect a mix of dynamic movements, motivating music, and an encouraging group environment. The class is easily adaptable, offering modifications and progressions so you can move at your own pace while still pushing toward your goals.
Speed & Agility

Boost your performance with this high-energy Speed and Agility class designed for middle and high school athletes looking to gain a competitive edge. Through explosive drills, quick footwork, reaction training, and timed distances you’ll develop faster acceleration, sharper change of direction, and improved overall athleticism. Perfect for athletes in any sport who want to move quicker, react faster, and dominate the field or court.
Mat Pilates
Wednesday/Friday/Saturday – 8:00-9:00am (starting 9/17)

Build strength from the inside out in classical Mat Pilates with internationally certified Mat Pilates Instructor Nellie Lamb. Whether you are new or experienced with pilates, come learn what it is all about! This class focuses on core stability and strength, alignment, and controlled movement focusing on breathing to improve posture, balance, and total-body strength. Using only your bodyweight and the mat, you’ll develop a deeper mind-body connection while improving flexibility, strength and core power. Accessible for all levels, Mat Pilates delivers a challenging yet restorative workout that leaves you feeling stronger, longer, and more energized.
Nordic Ski Conditioning

Prepare for ski season with this full-body Nordic Ski Conditioning class designed for adults of all ages and experience levels. Each session focuses on building strength, endurance, balance, and mobility to improve skiing performance and reduce injury risk. Whether you’re a seasoned skier or new to the sport, this class will help you hit the trails with confidence and control.

His diverse background allows him to deliver engaging workouts that not only build strength and endurance, but also improve confidence, coordination, and overall well-being. Drawing on his own athletic background, he designs classes that enhance conditioning, agility, and resilience, helping individuals reach their peak physical and mental performance in sport and in life.
Nellie brings a blend of athletic experience, strength training and pilates expertise, and a deep passion for all things health and wellness to each of her classes. With a background in competitive swimming and volleyball, Nellie knows the importance of community, energy, and motivation.
As a nationally certified ISSA Personal Trainer and internationally certified Mat Pilates Instructor, Nellie teaches group fitness classes that are inspiring, supportive, and accessible. Her warm, encouraging style inspires participants to challenge themselves while building strength, improving mobility, and boosting confidence.
