Yoga for a happy healthy brain
We all know yoga has terrific benefits for the body including better posture, improved flexibility and joint stability just to name a few. Did you know that Yoga is also good for your brain?
We met with Annie Parsons TSH Yoga Instructor to learn more about Yoga Brain. Annie teaches Sunrise Yoga on Monday mornings at 7:30am and loves starting the week with yoga brain!
