Ride for Good this Holiday Season   Join us on Tuesday December 22nd at 8:30 am. We’ll lead you through a great 50 minute challenging ride that would tire even the strongest reindeer. From intense climbs to challenging flats, we’ll help you burn the most calories, define your leg muscles and become stronger this holiday season. Hand position for maximum swimming speed

It’s a commonly asked question, should I swim with my fingers together and hand cupped or fingers spread and hand flat? The bigger the surface area of the hand, the larger amount of water it will move, although we can’t grow bigger hands as adults, you can increase the swimming size of hands you’ve got, with these few tips: Thumb Out: An abducted thumb (one that is not tucked in beside the fingers) allows you to enjoy additional palm area.
