Ages 6 – 18. Groups will be divided by age and/or ability. Must be able to swim 1 length.

DEVELOPMENTAL 1 & 2 – MON /WED 3:30-5:00pm
ELITE – MON /WED 3:30-5:30pm

Stowe Swimmers SWIM CLUB is geared towards swimmers 6–18 years old. We have fun in the water while improving swimming technique, overall health & wellness.
Stowe Swimmers was established in 2001 — 19 years and counting!
Whether your kids are novices looking to improve their swimming and have fun in the pool this summer and/or competitive Swimmers looking to compete in the Vermont State Championships our experienced, and certified coaches are on deck to prepare your kids for success both in and out of the water!
Our coaches are American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) certified and bring the latest in coaching skills & technique to you and your swimmers.
Stowe Swimmers is divided into 4 levels to give your swimmer the best learning environment.
ROOKIES: Those swimmers able to swim 1 length of basic freestyle and backstroke. Rookies focus on stroke development, including learning a basic understanding of all 4 competitive strokes.
DEVELOPMENTAL 1 : Those swimmers ready to learn all 4 strokes ( FR, BK, BRST, FLY) Emphasis is on learning stroke skills, learning legal turns, and building endurance. Get ready to build fitness, and swim all 4 strokes! These swimmers may choose to practice only, or enjoy a spot on our swim team and enjoy attending swim meets.
DEVELOPMENTAL 2 : Those swimmers with a basic understanding of all 4 strokes ( FR, BK, BRST, FLY) Emphasis is on refining stroke skills, learning legal turns, and building endurance. Get ready to build fitness, and swim faster! These swimmers may choose to practice only, or enjoy a spot on our swim team and enjoy attending swim meets.
ELITE: Our ELITE swimmers are competitive swimmers, training on land and in the water. Workouts, include drill work to improve technique, endurance sets to improve cardiovascular fitness and race pace training. A spot on our ELITE squad is earned and assigned by our Head Coach, Jeremy Bradley
